General Anxiety

General anxiety disorder (GAD) is a mental health condition characterized by persistent and excessive worry. This worry can cause physical symptoms like muscle tension, headaches, and fatigue. People with GAD may also experience difficulty sleeping and difficulty concentrating.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is an anxiety disorder in which people have recurring, unwanted thoughts, ideas, or sensations (obsessions) that make them feel driven to do something repetitively (compulsions). The repetitive behaviors, like hand washing, checking on things, or cleaning, can significantly interfere with a person’s daily activities and social interactions. People with OCD may be aware that their obsessions and compulsions are irrational, but they are unable to resist them. Symptoms of OCD can range from mild to severe.

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is an anxiety disorder that can occur following the experience or witnessing of a traumatic event. Symptoms of PTSD may include flashbacks, nightmares, difficulty sleeping, difficulty concentrating, feeling irritable or jumpy or avoiding activities or people that remind the person of the traumatic event.
