Online learning is for everyone.

A type of memory that temporarily holds and processes information for a short period of time, typically for only a few seconds to a few minutes like remembering a phone number immediately after someone tells you.

Long Term Memory

A type of memory that holds information that has been rehearsed and encoded in the brain for long periods of time, ranging from hours to years. It stores information like  facts, experiences, skills, and knowledge.

The human brain is a complex structure that stores and recalls information in a variety of ways. Learn about the many ways your brain process information and stores it. Also learn about some problems that hinder memory recall and storage. Topics and pictures are broken down by pages to avoid clutter. By the end of this material you will be able to recall the main memory areas of the brain, how they work, problems with memory, and recommendations to improve your memory.  There is an outline of this material that can be referenced.
